Chemical raw material testing is the core环节 of product quality control, covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products. It is a crucial step to ensure product safety, compliance, and performance standards. The testing process runs through the entire chain from raw material entry, production process control, to the final shipment of finished products. It is an important part of the enterprise's quality management.
Report Validity Period: The validity period of the regular test report is one year. For some customers or in accordance with specific standards, the report needs to be updated every six months.
Test applicable standards: According to national/international standards (such as GB, ISO, ASTM, IEC, REACH, GHS, etc.), the components, purity, physical and chemical properties, and harmful substances of chemical products are tested.
Market compliance requirements: For exports to Europe and the United States, compliance with REACH regulations, RoHS directives, and GHS classification labels is necessary; for domestic sales, compliance with chemical safety standards such as GB 12268 and GB 30000 is required, with specific compliance thresholds varying by region.

✅ Comply with global market access regulations and eliminate trade barriers
✅ Provide customers (brands and consumers) with transparent and reliable quality certifications
✅ Ensure the safety compliance during the use, storage and transportation of the product
✅ Ensure that the product batch consistency, performance stability and environmental friendliness meet the standards.
✅ Promote the continuous optimization of the enterprise's quality control system and reduce the risk of customer complaints
Global recognition
The product has passed authoritative third-party tests and has gained global market recognition. It can smoothly enter mainstream markets such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea and participate in international competition.
Enhance brand image
Having a compliant test report can enhance customer trust, improve the brand's professionalism and market competitiveness, and attract more favor from international brand purchasers.
Enhance product transparency
Clearly indicate the components, performance, environmental protection and safety indicators of the product, meeting the customers' right to know and enhancing the trust in the supply chain.
Reduce quality risks
Early detection of deviations in raw material components and properties, as well as excessive levels of harmful substances, can prevent batch returns, customer complaints, regulatory penalties, and damage to brand reputation, while also reducing operational costs.
1) Communicate requirements and standards
You inform us of the testing items, applicable standards, target markets and customer requirements of our products. We will then prepare a complete testing plan for you.
2) Offer multi-institutional quotation options
Based on your requirements, we have selected relevant authoritative third-party testing institutions (such as SGS, ITS, BV, etc.) and provided multiple quotations for you to compare and choose from.
3) Confirm the quotation and send the samples
After selecting the institution, we will provide you with a clear address for sending samples, the quantity requirements for the samples, and relevant precautions. You can simply send the samples as per the requirements.
4) The institution receives the samples and initiates the tests.
After receiving the samples, the testing institution will conduct all the tests in accordance with the agreed standards and procedures. During the process, strict adherence to laboratory operation norms will be maintained.
5) Exclusive follow-up on test progress
We will closely monitor the progress of the test throughout the process and promptly update on key milestones. If you have any questions during the testing, you can contact our dedicated contact person at any time.
6) Obtain the final test report
After the test is completed, we will conduct a preliminary review of the report. Once it is confirmed to be error-free, we will send it to you immediately, which will be convenient for you to use for customer review, market access or filing.
